The Bruchstall offers everything a local or visitor could desire, all wrapped up in a rustic atmosphere and with friendly service. Here, where everyone is equal – especially after a few shots at our bar – skis and inhibitions are left behind, enjoyment and friendliness are celebrated, and life is toasted.

We serve Tyrolean specialties and international delicacies, a wide selection of drinks, and the informal "Du" (you), because that's how it's customary here.

"A toast to good cheer!" Let's raise a glass to a fantastic day of skiing. We'll serve snowmen fresh, cold beer and snow bunnies a good glass of wine. And of course, there will be plenty of strong drinks to warm you up on cold days and nights.
Don't drink and drive? Of course we also have juices and soft drinks, and naturally we also have the legendary Skiwasser. We're not revealing the recipe, of course. ;)
Our insider tip: We serve our hot chocolate with fresh Tyrolean cow's milk because it simply tastes much better. And if you'd like, with a shot of something stronger.

Snack menu available from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Have you ever tried our Tyrolean bacon dumplings or our delicious cheese dumpling soup? These typical Tyrolean specialties are very tasty and the perfect fuel for a day on the slopes.
Spare ribs, Wiener Schnitzel, pizza or chicken wings... international highlights can also be found on our menu, as well as plenty of vegetarian delicacies.
Fancy something sweet? How about a Kaiserschmarren or a Germknödel? Our sweet treats aren't just popular with children.
